It is very very very slow, but the coffee is good. They need to make drinks in the order they were received. They were training one barista and there was only one other barista working and training the other up. Might need a better training set-up than that.

I considered this place the best matcha in Oakland but I noticed that it hasnβt tasted the same the last two weeks and leaves a chalky coating in your mouth due to the small clumps of it at the bottom, even after mixing. The Man Eating Tiger matcha sign is down so Iβm guessing they switched to a cheaper brand. Great employees and baked goods though!

Quality coffee shop in a prime location. Fair pricing and sizes, with an array of flavors and options. The interior was cozy and decorated, though a little bit tight and unorganized in terms of human traffic. Orders came out promptly and staff was kind. Would recommend.

I love a local coffee shop. Redhawk was recommended to us by family members who live in Pittsburgh. The latte was delicious. I bought a small pastry similar to a biscotti but not as dry. It was fantastic but I forgot a picture. I a bought a bag of beans to take home and was offered a complimentary drip coffee for buying a bag. That was appreciated as prices are a bit higher than they should be due to tariffs

I was recommended this place and decided to try it out. It was almost $10 for a vanilla latte with oat milk. Iβve gotta be honest. It wasnβt better than a latte at Starbucks, it was honestly pretty bad. Itβs nice that itβs local, I suppose, but there are 100% better coffee shops in the area than here that are also local shops. Pretty surprised they have such a high rating, maybe Iβll give it another shot, if the prices have changed. In addition to all this it took crazy long time for the latte to be made, then once it was made it was made using the wrong milk. Then I had to wait a pretty long time again for her to make it again, since she had started doing other things. Mistakes happen, but she didnβt seem to give any sort of priority to me given I had waited longer than the orders she was doing, and my order was made wrong. Responding to their reply: I knew exactly what I was getting, and I knew it was four shots. I actually bought a regular 4 shot latte with oat milk from Sidecar cafe not too long ago. Was way better, and cheaper. Was the exact same thing, just not terrible tasting.
